Shipping & Rates
To determine the shipping cost of a product, add the product to your shopping cart and input your zip code in the Shipping Estimator field.
Treepex Herbal ships to residential and commercial addresses in all 50 US States. Oversize products do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, but call us if you have your heart set on one and we’ll try our best to help you with a freight quote.
Alaska/Hawaii: Lighter items will ship with USPS First Class. USPS Priority Mail is available for heavier items, as well as expedited FedEx shipping. Please contact us before placing your order for a custom quote.
We do not ship to U.S. Territories or U.S. military installations at this time, but we’re working on finding a solution for this.

Shipping Methods & Times
Orders are shipped 24 to 48 hours of purchase.
Fedex and USPS are our primary shippers but we may use alternate ground shipping methods too.
Ground shipping:

Fedex SmartPost (3-7 Bus. Days)

Fedex / UPS Ground (3-5 Bus. Days)

Fedex 2 Day (2 Bus. Days + 1 day for pick up)
Note: FedEx 2 Day orders of in-stock items shipping within the 48 contiguous United States will be shipped the following business day and will arrive within 2 business days after being shipped (excludes weekends and holidays). Most large items cannot be shipped via Fed Ex 2-Day service.
Please keep in mind most items ship from abroad.

Tracking Your Order
To track your order, please log into your Treepex -Herbal Account. Your username is the email address you entered during checkout. Your automatically generated password will have been emailed to that same address. When we load your tracking information, we give you the master tracking number. You should be able to see all of the individual tracking numbers in your shipment on the courier's website. Occasionally, shipments with multiple boxes become separated and will arrive on different days.
